Sweden's favourite Canadian

I never did find a way to make professional use of this story about a Canadian who gave up a "job for life" at the CBC (glad to see someone's admitting it) and eventually ended up as one of Sweden's most esteemed alternative musicians. Well, and also one of its most esteemed supermarket cashiers—I guess you can't have everything. But it's kind of a touching little tale.
